S.C. Omnibus Adult Protection Act
For a person to be deemed a “vulnerable adult” under the S.C. Omnibus Adult Protection Act, there must be clear and convincing evidence that the person’s physical or mental condition has caused a diminished ability to adequately provide for self-care or protection.
