Rehearing Procedure
An Appellate Panel of the Workers’ Compensation Commission, on review of a single commissioner’s decision, has the authority to entertain motions for rehearing.

Accidental Injuries
For an accidental injury to be compensable under the workers’ compensation scheme there must only be a causal connection between the employment and the injury.

Idiopathic Injuries
A finding that a fall is idiopathic is not warranted simply because the claimant is unable to point to a specific cause of her fall.
